I’m an imperfect human and I wouldn’t change a thing! It’s all about balance and keeping yourself in a good mental state, so if that means celebrating Tuesday with tacos and beer, or enjoying a home-cooked meal with non-organic cookies and cocktails at a friend’s house, it’s all about finding joy in life! It’s not about being skinny. It’s more than food and exercise. Your foundation should be well-rounded and create a sense of feeling clearheaded.
